National Angels
The mission of National Angels is to walk alongside children in the foster care system, as well as their caretakers, by offering consistent support through intentional giving, relationship building, and mentorship. Our vision is to create sustainable change in the foster care system by ensuring that every child and family has access to healthy, affirming, and lasting relationships.
Our dream is to expand National Angels chapters into every metropolitan city in the nation, ensuring that every child in foster care receives the support and empowerment they deserve.

Chris Stege

Chris Stege has spent his entire career mastering the art of relationships. As a visionary entrepreneur and business leader for nearly three decades, he has built multiple successful ventures by focusing on people first—understanding that strong relationships drive lasting success.
Chris launched his real estate career with a bold, relationship-driven approach, hosting weekly open house experiences. By his second year, he had built an 8-figure business, with more than 60% of his earnings generated from connections made at open houses. His rapid success led him to train and mentor thousands of agents nationwide, teaching them how to elevate the client experience and create lasting business growth.
In 2016, Chris founded Greater Value Network™ (GVN)—a business referral and leadership development organization designed to foster powerful connections and strategic partnerships. GVN’s philanthropic arm has raised over $300,000 through its flagship events, Food Fight for Youth in Foster Care™ and The Angels Cup Topgolf® Shootout, benefiting Austin Angels and making a lasting impact on youth in foster care.
Chris is also the founder of The Real Estate Collective™, a high-level mastermind community for top-producing realtors, brokers, and team leaders. Through these collaborations, he helps real estate professionals build sustainable, scalable businesses rooted in relationships and value.
Recognized as a top 1% influencer and growth strategist, Chris is expanding his reach beyond real estate, coaching business leaders on how to create exponential growth through strategic networking, leadership, and partnerships.
Originally from West Texas, Chris has called Austin home for nearly two decades. He and his wife, Kelly, are proud parents to their two daughters, Stella and Noa. Passionate about giving back, Chris serves on the board of Austin Angels, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting and mentoring youth in foster care. When he’s not building businesses, you’ll find him on the golf course, playing pickleball, hitting the slopes, or exploring new destinations.
